Orange Finances Mobiles Sénégal, an approved Electronic Money Institution under the registration number EME.SN.006, is a Joint Stock Company with a Board of Directors and a capital of seven billion (7,000,000,000) CFA francs. Its headquarters are located at Lot N°02, Cité Keur Gorgui, BP 69 Dakar. It is registered with the Dakar Trade and Credit Registry under the number SN.DKR.2015.B.9614 (hereinafter referred to as "OFMS"). OFMS has developed a mobile application specifically for its distribution and merchant partners.

This Orange Money partners application provides them with a dedicated space to carry out their transactions with ease.

All distribution transactions are available on the application, including deposit to customer accounts, withdrawal from customer and salary sub-accounts, international reception, withdrawal with code, transfer to another distributor, sale of phone credit, and bill payment for customers.

The application also allows partners to unlock and reset their accounts in case of lockouts or forgotten codes by entering their RCCM and ID card numbers and directly accessing the funds return form.

Few Definitions:

• Distributor: A legal entity or individual registered with the Trade and Credit Registry, a signatory to this Agreement, and approved by OFMS to perform operations for customers.
• Deposit: Any operation by the distributor aimed at recharging their Orange Money Account with UV.
• Withdrawal: The act of withdrawing UV from the customer's Orange Money account in exchange for cash.
• Transfer: The act of transferring electronic money between two distributors.
• Transaction history: The display of the distributor's transaction log from their account, with the ability to provide details such as amount, date, time, customer number, etc.
• Transaction: Refers to any operation (deposit, withdrawal, payment or money transfer) made using the Orange Money Service.
• Sale of credit: The act of recharging the user's phone credit from the distributor's account.
• UV: A unit of value representing electronic money.
